Johnathon Huff is a NETA certified, dedicated personal trainer with 3 years of personal training experience and has over 15 years of various fitness modality experience including: Bodybuilding, Endurance Training, Calisthenics, HITT Training, Plyometrics, as well as Corrective Exercises !

Johnathon’s approach to training is functional and purposeful with an emphasis on building a solid foundation to prevent injury and discomfort. He will assess your strengths and weaknesses with physical fitness assessments each and every month to measure your progress over time, run check ups for exercise completion each week to hold you accountable, give his best nutrition recommendations, as well as Measure your specific calories and macro nutrients so you do not have to ! and with a wealth of knowledge to design programs for almost any client type, you can’t go wrong !
